Liquid Niugini Gas is a project company owned by InterOil Corporation and Pacific LNG Operations Limited. It has been established to build and operate a gas processing facility delivering LNG and on-shore NGL processing in Papua New Guinea.

The plant will be located be located in the Gulf Province and uses a Midsize Modular LNG design having a capacity starting at 2 million tons per annum expandable to 8 million tons per annum and a fixed/floating LNG with a capacity of upto 1.8 to 2 million tons per annum.
